Chocolate - Made from the Cocoa Bean
Made from the Cocoa Bean grown locally in Mossman, Tropical North Queensland. We describe it as one step short of making a chocolate bar - dark of course.
It's a slightly dryer style of Port. Not sticky!
You may remember that our style in Ports is not as sweet as the grape Ports. At the Cellar Door its very popular and we have been forced to expand production quickly and now we have lots.
