It doesn’t get much better than a Gold Medal winner. Our previous Black Sapote Port was a gold medal winner and champion wine of the show and this is a copy of it.

Once fermented the port develops flavours of chocolate, licorice, dates, prunes, sarsaparilla, golden syrup, aniseed, raisins, figs, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, Christmas pudding and others. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself. We challenge anyone to make a more complex single-fruit port.
