A full body, full flavour wine made for rich Indian curries, strong spicy stir fries and Irish stews.
The wine has the full flavour of pineapple but we use a tropical pineapple called Mareeba Gold.
It is complex and well balanced and has the potential to score well at the next Australian Fruit Wine Awards.
