Our Mango, like all the fruit grown by Shannonvale – is grown without chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides – The wine is fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel, never oak, so that the freshness of the fruit is highlighted.
For generations, we have worked the land with respect for nature and tradition. With minimal intervention by the winemaker, this wine has oodles of flavour, which is consistent with its naturalness.
The Mango Dry has a pale straw colour. The aroma is delicate yet distinctly ripe Mango. On the palate, the wine is crisp, balanced and the Mango flavour unfolds and shows hints of honeydew melon fruit and floral Vanilla. The finish is clean and refreshing.
Our Dry Mango is ideal with any light flavoured food. Perfect for fish and chicken with subtle sauces or a soft cheese. We have it with our Barramundi.
