Made in the same classic process as our Mango Dry, except it’s naturally kept in contact with the Mango pulp to impart its rich texture. Fermentation is monitored and the wine is siphoned off and pressed off the pulp before it becomes too coarse.

The Mango Medium has a light gold colour. The aroma is fresh ripe mango with an elegant herbal spiciness. The palate is medium bodied and shows a beautiful hint of the residual sweetness that is there to maintain and balance the texture. The Mango flavour is reminiscent of a peach, vanilla and pineapple smoothy.

The Mango Medium has a perfect affinity with all the cheeses, and matches all Shellfish – especially Prawns. The perfect social wine.
